Welcome to Toppick.io. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern your use of our AI-powered recruitment ecosystem.

2. Services Provided

Toppick.io provides advanced HR technology solutions, including but not limited to:

• AI Resume Screening: Automated analysis of candidate CVs against job descriptions using strict, zero-hallucination logic.
• Behavioral Video Analysis: Deep analysis of candidate interviews using computer vision and audio processing technologies.
• Automated Communication: Management of candidate emails and interview scheduling via our AI Auto-Pilot.

3. Data Ownership & Privacy

We adhere to a strict "Security by Design" philosophy regarding your data:

• Ownership: You retain full ownership of all data (videos, resumes, analysis reports) submitted to the platform.
• No-Training Guarantee: We utilize Google Vertex AI (Enterprise). Your data is NEVER used to train or improve our foundational AI models or those of our third-party providers.
• Transient Processing: Raw video data is processed in a stateless environment and is automatically deleted from our servers immediately after analysis is complete. We do not store raw biometric data longer than necessary for processing.

4. User Responsibilities & Security

• Access Control: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Our system uses Role-Based Access Control (RBAC); strictly limiting access to sensitive data (e.g., subscriptions, user management) to authorized Administrators only.
• Acceptable Use: You agree not to attempt to bypass our security measures (such as Cloudflare WAF or Rate Limiting), reverse engineer the platform, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Services are provided according to your selected subscription plan (Pilot, Monthly, or Annual). Pilot programs and trial periods are governed by special terms agreed between the parties.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

• AI Recommendations: Toppick.io provides data-driven insights to assist your hiring process. However, the final hiring decision rests solely with you. We do not guarantee that any candidate recommended by our AI will perform to a specific standard.
• Service Availability: While we utilize enterprise-grade infrastructure to ensure high availability, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime due to the nature of cloud services and potential force majeure events.
