• Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, and access logs (for security and audit purposes).

3. How We Use Your Data & AI Ethics

We operate with transparency regarding Artificial Intelligence:

• Service Provision: Your data is used solely to analyze candidate suitability against job descriptions and to generate interview insights.
• No-Training Guarantee: We utilize Google Vertex AI (Enterprise). Your videos, resumes, and personal data are NEVER used to train or improve our or Google's foundational AI models.
• Transient Processing: Raw video files are not stored permanently. They are processed in a stateless environment and automatically deleted from our servers immediately after the analysis is complete.

4. Data Security & Storage

We implement a "Security by Design" architecture:

• Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and at rest using AES-256 standards.
• Secure Infrastructure: Your data resides in Google Cloud Platform, which complies with ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2 Type II, and GDPR standards.
• Protection Mechanisms: Our platform is fortified by Cloudflare WAF and DDoS protection to prevent unauthorized access and cyber threats.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only in the following limited circumstances:

• Employers: Analysis reports and candidate details are visible only to the company recruiting for the specific position.
• Service Providers: We use trusted sub-processors like Google Cloud (Vertex AI) for data processing, governed by strict Data Processing Agreements (DPA).

You retain full control over your data:

• Ownership: You retain full ownership of all content (videos, CVs) submitted to the platform.
• Right to Erasure: You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
• Access & Correction: You have the right to access your personal data and request corrections to any inaccuracies.
